The garage functions as the game room and is not available for vehicle parking. Please note that one closet in the primary bedroom is reserved for owner storage and is not accessible to guests. During your stay We respect your privacy and want the property to feel entirely yours during your stay. While we are not on-site, assistance is always available by message or phone. Whether you have a question about the home, need a local recommendation, or require assistance during your stay, we aim to respond promptly and make your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. Other things to note Guest Verification All reservations require guest verification through Truvi, our third-party verification provider. Before arrival, you will receive an email or text with instructions for completing the required screening and ID verification. The process includes pre-approval and final approval, and the reservation must receive final approval before the stay is confirmed. Reservations that do not complete or pass the required verification may be cancelled. Guest Policy and Rates The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. Additional guest fees apply above that number. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. 🏊 Pool Heating The private swimming pool is available for guest use during the stay. Pool heating is optional and available upon request for $50 per day. Please request pool heating in advance so arrangements can be made for your stay. Pool Maintenance Routine pool maintenance takes place every Monday 3:30PM and 4:30PM Friday between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM. The technician accesses only the outdoor pool area, and no action is required from guests. Maximum pool temperature is 80°F. Higher temperatures may cause the pool water to turn green. Landscaping Groundskeeping is scheduled twice monthly and may occur during a stay. Guests will be notified in advance whenever possible. House Tour Video A house tour video is available after booking approval. If the property is not suitable after viewing, applicable cancellation terms will apply. 🐾 Pets Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable requirements. Pets under 25 lbs may be accepted with prior approval and a $100 per-pet fee. Animals and Insects The property receives regular pest-control service. However, due to South Florida’s climate, occasional insects or small outdoor animals may still be present.
